Bought elsewhere but serviced my Subaru here. Service was completed within the scheduled time within the scheduled budget and everyone was friendly and accommodating. The coffee machine in the waiting area had the best latte I've tasted outside of Starbucks or Dunkin donuts! I would highly recommend.

I had an estimate elsewhere for twice the price. Bruce was helpful, not pushy ( which the other place was) and I got to see a video of the problem. I’ll go no where else! Honest, fast and did not try to get extra money out of us.

Heath is a very nice young man! I appreciated his assistance. I brought my2013 Subaru Outback in for what I thought would be a o2 sensor change, but they said it would be a catalytic converter change, for 3k. Was kind of blown away. They helped me by getting the car looked at quickly, but they misdiagnosed an oil leak claimed it was just undercoat burning off. 1000 miles later further along in our trip the car, still smelling of burning oil and occasionally smoking...ended up warning me that the oil level was indeed low and the car was leaking! I can't believe this Subaru shop didn't catch the leak on that brand new car with at that time and less than 1000 miles. I’m always greeted with a smile and a good morning. I receive a text ~ communication. Typically, my car is washed. (Unless it’s Winter) lol No issues ~ nice snacks and coffee/water.

Byers Airport Subaru was fast convenient and super helpful with getting me back on the road being out of town. Their lobby had coffee, water and snacks available while I waited.
I came in for an oil change and a problem with a tire losing air frequently. Mike and the technician were very thorough in trying to isolate the problem. Byers Subaru is a great service center!
Staff was nice. Paid to have 12v battery replaced, but that didn't fix one of the warning lights. Price was higher than another dealership, but they did agree to match. Waiting to hear back on warning light that they didn't fix.
Always the absolute best service at Airport Subaru. I won’t go anywhere else for service on my Forester.

Byers airport Subaru has always been the most helpful and accommodating dealership I’ve ever been to from their sales team to their service department.
Great staff and service. Had scheduled an oil change even though I knew it wasn't needed yet. When I got to the reception desk, the person helping me mentioned that it looked like I hadn't driven the car much since I last came in for an oil change and I casually replied that I really came in just because the low pressure icon was showing on my dashboard. They examined the tires and discovered a nail in one of them. Patched it up and sent me on my way at no charge!

Great customer service
Very pleasant experience. I called at 10am and was given a price that worked for my budget over the phone with no issues. I showed up at the showroom at 1130 and test drove the vehicle and completed the entire purchase process from start to finish and was in my new car before 2pm. Brad was very transparent and helpful. I highly recommend this location and Brad in particular.

The work was fine. The only complaint I have is that texting and calling for an update did no good at all. I couldn't get a response from the person handling my car. We had to resort to calling the dealership and asking for service using a different phone number. I realize they are busy, but communication is so important. We understand the work was pretty extensive, but not responding to the customer timely (in my opinion) doesn't leave a positive feeling with us.
The message function didn’t work. It texted me saying “feel free to text for questions” sent a question, never heard back. I called and the service center and they said they didn’t get it. Work on the car was great.
Adam went above and beyond to help get my new car in time. Tyler made the financing and plate transfer super easy and smooth. Great experience.

I had a great experience with Steve Vance in Sales. I test drove a used and a new Subaru Forester with zero pressure to go one way or the other. I appreciated Steve’s prior experience as a mechanic, he was able to intelligently lead me through the differences in both vehicles.
I had a great experience with Byers Subaru service. They were very thorough with the inspection when I brought my outback in for a previously identified issue and got everything fixed in a timely manner. Justin was lovely to work with and a great communicator. I will definitely be back!

I am a loyal Byers Subaru customer. There are quite a few reasons for this. First off is that Subaru checks off every thing I need in a car. Fuel efficient, ground clearance, and absolutely awesome handling even in extreme weather. Second is they are within walking distance. And third is they take very good care of me, and my car. Their website shows the service center open until 6pm. Even if you click on the Express Service, it still shows open until 6pm. At 445pm, I tried to get an oil change and was told they couldn't do it at the Express because they close on 10 mins. I drove to the regular service desk to get an oil change there, and get refused because they would just take my car to the Express side. They did schedule me an appointment 2 days later. I booked my service online, but it wasn't entered for some reason. Byers still got me in and out with zero hassle. Brakes, oil change, and differential flush took little time. Very pleased and impressed. Highly recommend!
