Their website shows the service center open until 6pm. Even if you click on the Express Service, it still shows open until 6pm. At 445pm, I tried to get an oil change and was told they couldn't do it at the Express because they close on 10 mins. I drove to the regular service desk to get an oil change there, and get refused because they would just take my car to the Express side. They did schedule me an appointment 2 days later. I booked my service online, but it wasn't entered for some reason. Byers still got me in and out with zero hassle. Brakes, oil change, and differential flush took little time. Very pleased and impressed. Highly recommend!

I have been taking my Subaru's to Byers Subaru for the last 4 years(oil changes and bigger maintenance) and have already had good experiences. I recently had one of my windows get stuck in the down position and would not roll back up. I actually took it to Germain Subaru cause they were the only Subaru service center open past 6pm, long story long they tried to charge me for a motor that didn't fix the issue but they were able to get the window up and shut but it did roll down. The service department was phenomenal! I will definitely be coming back. They send you a detailed video of your car inspection with quotes for the repairs attached. Along with set realistic expectations of timeline of repairs. Which is super convenient if you’re a busy bee.

I went in for an oil change and was assisted by Christopher. He was very helpful and nice. I loved that the tech sent me a video of the inspection he did on my vehicle and it was explained at checkout. I will return again.
I came in late afternoon on a Thursday with a flat tire. My tire repair was completed in just over an hour. My tech, Jonathan, provided me with a variety of quotes for replacement tires . It was one of the best service experiences I have ever had.

It was a real pleasure to shop for my dream car at Byers Airport Subaru. It started with a search for a used vehicle. I drove a couple of them but after experiencing a new Forester I was lost. The comfort level and low noise in the cab convinced me to spring for a new model. My wife and I absolutely love this car. It was like buying a new way of life! Byers Subaru was amazing. We were traveling from Indiana through Ohio to Pennsylvania and our check engine light came on. We had to drop off my Outback after hours, Matt got it in right away the next morning, diagnosed and fixed the issue and told me they part was under warranty. I already spoke with advisor, but the multipoint inspection was not 100% completed. I take my 2016 vehicle to the dealership for oil changes so the multipoint inspection is also completed. This is not the case as I was told if the car starts up they do not test the battery unless there is concern. They also missed a windshield wiper blade that was separated that I knew about prior to going in. Just picked up a 2026 Outback Wilderness from Byers Airport Subaru over Memorial Day weekend. Eva and team were great to work with. It was humbling not to be treated as a "Bimbo" when it was discovered the "Check Engine" light and a whole lot of other warning lights were on because I did not fasten the gas cap correctly last time I filled the tank! (: YIKES.
