I took my car in for maintenance, and the experience was perfect as always. My car was taken in at the scheduled time, the techs were fast and efficient and everything was completed in good time. They even replaced the wiper blades as I requested!

The staff were most helpful. They listened to my needs and what I hoped for in a vehicle and matched me with the perfect car. They make themselves available to answer questions during business hours, encouraging contact to make sure ny needs are met. I will definitely refer friends and family here if they express interest in buying a Subaru.

Byers Airport Subaru has ALWAYS gone the extra mile for me. As a single woman I have never been talked down to, assumed to be ignorant, dismissed or up-sold. They know transportation is an issue when my car is in the shop and provide a loaner for even the most minor of services. Being assigned a service manager (huge shout out to Thomas McLymont) allows for a better understanding of how to best take care of my car and he knows me well enough that when I call with a concern he listens and takes me seriously. Knowing he has my back is a bigger deal than I think they even know. Then there are the little (and some big things) like comping me an extra quart of oil to keep in my car when I’m going on a trip through the mountains just to be safe. Those are the kind of things that make me recommend them to everyone I know who drives a Subaru (and there are a lot of them). Thank you for taking such good care of me!

First time buying a Subaru at the Byers Airport location. Salesman was David Disbennett. He did a great job explaining what Byers and Subaru offer. Explained the car features before a test drive. Helped set up some features on the car's computer before we left. No high-pressure sales tactics here. The finance person was Heath Maynard who did a great job explaining all of the purchasing options and was enjoyable to talk to. We got just the add-ons we wanted and there was no pressure to get things we didn't want. The location is clean and well organized. It was a really good buying experience.

Seeing the same friendly people in the service department is a positive way to begin a trip in for service. The individuals know your name, and seem genuinely glad to see you again. Having the waiting with comfortable seating, beverages and snacks is also appreciated. The efficiency with which the department operates is also appreciated. Please continue all the positive components of the service department.
